News & updates

What's new in Invoice X.

Every change to the tool — new capabilities, improvements and the occasional notice worth reading.

  1. New

Repeating-income forecast now groups by customer and currency

The report page can now break the 12/24/36-month forecast down by customer or by currency, not just by Xero GL account. Each view exports to CSV.

  2. Improved

Preview totals now show movement per billing cycle

The Update prices dialog shows the total dollar movement per cycle alongside the per-line old → new prices, so a whole run can be sanity-checked at a glance.

  3. New

    Round-to and minimum-increase rules

Percentage updates can now apply a minimum dollar increase and round to 50c / $1 / $5 / $10. Rules are applied in a fixed order and rounding never reverses a change.

  4. Improved

    Per-template progress during a push

Pushing to Xero now reports each template as it is created, verified and retired, instead of a single indeterminate bar — a push of forty templates is legible while it runs.

  5. Notice

    Multi-organisation Xero logins supported

If your Xero login can reach several organisations, Invoice X now shows a picker so you choose which one to load. Switching keeps your app credentials.

Updates are rolled out to every account automatically — there is nothing to install and no version to upgrade.
