Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026. A plain-language summary of the terms for using Invoice X. This is not legal advice.
Agreement to these terms
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these terms are considered an offer by Invoice X, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
The website is available only to individuals who are at least 16 years old.
The service
Invoice X is a product of Dragon Hill Technology. It reads repeating sales invoices from your connected Xero organisation, lets you preview bulk price changes, and writes approved changes back to Xero. It is not a system of record and does not replace Xero.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the actions of the users you add to your plan (up to 5). Keep your credentials secure. Everyone on a plan can run and push changes and can add or remove other users.
Subscription
The plan is USD $29 per month, billed monthly, including up to 5 users. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Invoice X to access Xero data you are not authorised to access.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not resell the service without our written agreement.
Changes to Xero
You are responsible for reviewing the preview before you push. Once pushed, changes are applied in your Xero organisation as new repeating invoices with the originals retired. We build changes to be safe (create → verify → retire) but you should confirm the result in Xero.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, and the write-back path is covered by tests, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we will delete your workspace data.
