About

One job, done properly.

Invoice X exists because repricing a book of repeating invoices in Xero is a manual, once-a-year job with no preview and no record. We built the missing bulk edit — and nothing else.

Xero is where a lot of small businesses keep their recurring revenue — retainers, subscriptions, service contracts, all set up as repeating invoices. Once a year, those prices need to move.

Xero has no bulk edit for repeating invoices, and no API call to update one. So the annual price rise means opening every template and editing every line by hand, with no way to preview the new totals and nothing afterwards that says what changed.

Invoice X is the tool that does that job in one previewed pass and writes the result back safely. It also includes the forward view of repeating revenue — grouped by account, customer or currency — that Xero doesn't provide.

It is deliberately small. There is one screen, one plan, and no roadmap toward becoming something bigger.

Invoice X is built and operated by Dragon Hill Technology.
